Welcome to our townhouse located only 10 minutes (walking distance) from Rockville metro station. A beautiful, quiet, very comfortable 11' by 9' room with a closet, high ceiling, and ceiling fan. The home is located in Rockville, MD 20850, a suburb of Washington, D.C. Home is in beautiful neighborhood and very close to Rockville Town Center and the 270 highway. The space My wife and I are renting out our spare bedroom. We are working professionals that enjoy music, sports, and traveling. Please feel free to message us with any questions. Guest access We have a code to the front door that you can use to unlock and enter anytime. There is parking available (only the two spots directly in front of the house are ours) The Rockville Metro Station is a ten-minute walk from the house and provides easy access to downtown Washington DC, as well as other parts of the metropolitan area.
