Beautiful farmhouse - 35 min drive from Copenhagen

Beautiful farmhouse in the historic city Roskilde just 45 minutes from the centre of Copenhagen by bus and train. 220 m2 house in two floors with 1 main bedroom, 3 childrens' bedrooms, two bathrooms, livingroom with direct access to terrace, dining room, two playrooms and utility room with washer and dryer. The three-length farmhouse is situated at the end of the old cosy village road on a one hectare lot with beautiful surroundings The space The garden offers fours terraces, so there is always at least one terrace with sun (if it is out). For rainy days and colder evenings their is the "orangery" view a nice view over the garden. For kids there is a trampoline in the garden and smaller inflatable bathing pool. There are a number of animals on the estate. 2 goats that you can feed with carrots and other vegetables from outside the fence. For insurance reasons you are not allowed to access to paddock even though they are very friendly. They will be fet once daily by a neighbour. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house and garden and can use all facilities. For kids there will be a playstation (PS4) available and some toys for smaller kids in the playroom. Also, there is a smart-tv where you can use your streaming services Other things to note When not travelling the host lives in another/separate part of the building.
