Great neighborhood for biking and walking. Only 15 minutes from Casa Grande and Sky Dive AZ. Pets must be preapproved by host. Guest access Guests have use of entire property. Hosts reside in RV in fenced area within the backyard. Shared garage parking. Other things to note No smoking inside the home, including vaping. Guests may smoke outside. Please see House Rules for more information. We allow up to 2 dogs (20 pounds max). Larger dogs upon prior host approval only. No cats allowed. We charge a $60 additional cleaning fee per pet. During the summer months (May through October), please set the Air Conditioners to 74 degrees when not in the house, and do not set the Air Conditioners below 68 degrees.
