The home is mix of modern amenities displaying many interesting antiques and vintage finds. Many small kitchen and home appliances, and a new BBQ are all available for your use during your stay. A smart lock means you will never forget your front door key. The home is turn of the century era home with lots of history and is located just 25 minutes from downtown Saint John. First floor offers a small cozy kitchen, wood stove, powder room, dining room, living room/TV room with an extra large window facing the ocean. Second floor offers 3 full bedrooms and a 3 piece bathroom with washer and dryer: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with an ocean view. ​Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a backyard view. Wake up to the warm morning sun. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds with an ocean view. We believe in a comfortable sleep so all bedding and linens are of a very high quality. Bathrooms: First floor powder room, and main bathroom on second floor with a seated shower. There is no bath-tub. There is a large Ocean side deck with quality patio furniture and table as well as a large BBQ and a 2 person hammock. A great place for your morning coffee or night cap or just for entertaining. The backyard has a smaller ground level deck for sitting and relaxing in the morning son. There is a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs facing the ocean.
