Le Fenil gîte of the Domaine du Lesnen Petit Bois 3*

Le Fenil is one of the cottages in the Domaine du Lesnen small woods. The Stable and the Hayloft were converted from the old stable and barn. Le Fenil is located on one side of the common indoor pool and on the other side we have l'Ecurie. Both are completely independent. In a peaceful environment, it offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Since September 2023, a workspace with Wi-Fi has been available. This place is rated 3 stars. The space The cottage, Le Fenil, has an open living room/kitchen with a table and chairs for 4. Upstairs, in the mezzanine, there are two sofas, one of which is convertible, and a TV. You go up a few steps to access the two bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and the toilet is separate. This is a property that is not accessible for people with limited mobility. A kitchen door opens onto a private garden with terrace, garden furniture and B. B.Q. It overlooks a small pond where we have ducks and a pair of black swans. There is a playground (shared) with swings and games for children and a petanque court for everyone to enjoy. You can walk through our fields and see the animals that live there or simply enjoy the peace and the fact that the children can play without worries. We are completely enclosed. We have two horses, sheep and goats, chickens, peacocks and our snow rabbit, who are all very friendly and appreciate the arrival of our vacationers!!! We do not want the gîte to be a place for parties but for relaxation. Guest access *** Local attractions and places to visit *** There are a multitude of interesting places between 10 minutes and an hour away - Dinan: a medieval town with cobblestone streets leading to the Rance River where you can rent boats or bikes. There are plenty of small shops, galleries and restaurants. - St Malo: city of Jacques Cartier, a fortified port, you can walk on the ramparts, visit the Terre Neuvas Museum, enjoy a beautiful beach that stretches for miles and visit the aquarium. - Combourg: known for its castle and is associated with the writer Chateaubriand. - Becherel is a city of books with its bookstores and bookshops as well as its artisans and the park of Caradeuc castle. - The mythical and enchanted forest of Brocéliande: Merlin, the fairies Morgane and Viviane... - Mont-Saint-Michel, which is a must. - Near an alligator park!! - Especially for children: A large zoo in the park of Château Bourbansais. 15 minutes. - Kayak. 10 minutes. - Horseback riding. 15 minutes - Cobac Parc adventure park. - Lots of beaches 40 mins - 1 hr Other things to note Towels can be provided for 5 EUR per person (to be paid on-site in cash).
