This guest suite offers a kitchenette, full custom-designed bathroom with rainfall shower, incredibly soft new Queen size bed with luxury bedding best suited for each season. You will find the room design to be an eclectic mix of European antiques and modern decor with original European art, and Vintage French Prints. The kitchenette is supplied with coffee (Keurig), a small refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and even a little something to get you started for breakfast (i.e. protein bars). There is fast WIFI, and a Smart TV with cable. Log in to your Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon accounts. All the essentials. Let all the light and mountain scenery in, or close the curtains for a nice nap. Your Luxury Suite has a private entrance and is one of three suites in the lower portion of this custom-built home crafted by Chuck and his beautiful late wife Aimee. Chuck lives onsite, feel free to say hello if you see him. "We built our home with the desire to host and designed this space with you in mind. This space is special to us. We hope you feel the same." -Aimee and Chuck Important notes: Note 1: The driveway is gravel with switchbacks and incline (to get up to the views). All-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended year-round and required in the winter months. Note 2: This suite is designed for 1 or 2 adults only and is not safeguarded or appropriate for infants or children. Note 3: There is central heat and air conditioning. However, there is not an allowance for guests to control a thermostat. If you're uncomfortable, just let us know and we'll see if we can adjust it. Note 4: The deck, outdoor dining and outdoor living spaces are communal and shared with the other suites. Note 5: The suites are additions to our primary residence and due to asthma and lung issues, we kindly request that you leave fur-babies at home so that we can provide a safe atmosphere for our family and other guests who may have medical conditions. Thank you! Guests can use the shared outdoor dining and living area, small gas fire pit, and are free to walk the grounds. We want you to feel totally at peace and comfortable, while keeping in mind that the entire deck area is a shared space with all three of the suites. Often folks find that they make new friends! Other times people are looking for privacy and it's nice to be mindful of how much everyone is using the space. This luxury suite has a private entrance and you will have it all to yourself.
