The space Living Room: Settle in with a 65" OLED Smart TV, enhanced by a premium soundbar and subwoofer, plus a microfiber sleeper sofa (queen Aerobed stored inside). Dining Room: Enjoy meals and music in style with a wall-mounted 55" TV, a bar area featuring an Amazon Echo Studio, and a roomy table for eight. Automatic ambient lighting sets the perfect mood. Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the essentials—pots, pans, utensils, blender, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, and toaster—ready to satisfy all your culinary needs. Master Bedroom: Unwind on a plush king bed and enjoy a 55" Smart TV. A dedicated workstation with desk, ergonomic chair, and a 24" monitor (HDMI connection) awaits for any remote work. Each bedside lamp includes a universal charger. The suite features a walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a spacious shower. An Amazon Alexa is on hand to assist you. Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3: Each offers a comfortable queen bed, nightstands with charger-equipped lamps, a closet, and a night light for added convenience. Outdoor Space: Step into your own private oasis. The yard is covered in lush artificial turf and boasts a 55" outdoor TV, a tiki bar with a propane BBQ and premium utensils, a curtained pergola lounge area with a cooler table, and a saltwater pool with a soothing waterfall feature. Pool heat is available for an additional charge ($100/night) and recommended in cooler months. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay if selected, and while the target temperature is 88-89°F, it can’t be guaranteed. No refunds on pool heating. Outdoor Games: Cornhole, Ladderball, Darts, Giant Jenga, and a hook-and-ring game promise hours of outdoor fun. For Children/Infants: Two booster seats and two pack ’n plays are available upon request. Just let us know before your arrival so our concierge can have them set up. Guest access Guests have access to parking in the driveway, the street in front, and additional parking on the east side of the house. Please do not park in front of neighbor houses. Full access to every piece of the home, minus the garage. The garage is locked, as it's an area for supplies and maintenance for the home. Other things to note Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals: In consideration of the homeowner’s severe allergies, we are unable to accommodate service animals or emotional support animals of any kind, including hypoallergenic breeds. The neighborhood: This is a friendly, safe, residential neighborhood where people are often busy with their day-to-day lives. Across the street, you may occasionally see our neighbors working in their open garage to stay cool. They’re a wonderful family—Cris and his son Cris Jr.—and they help maintain our pool here as part of their family business.
