Perfect for friends and families, this newly remodeled, quintessential California beach house is less than 200 steps from the sand. Architect designed with modern updates & a contemporary feel, this 4 Bed/4 Bath home features a large, sunny outdoor patio and dinning area. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just south of the Venice Pier. Walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars and the Venice Boardwalk & Canals. On-site parking for 2 cars. 10 people max. The space Our two-story home is the perfect spot to stay while exploring Venice & enjoying the beach! We are just one block from the ocean and half a block to many great shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee spots on Washington Square. We have all the comforts of home, including a kitchen stocked with most items needed to make a meal, high speed internet, and a washer and dryer inside the home. You'll love our large front yard, where you can relax on the patio and enjoy the sun. It's an ideal outdoor dining spot. Downstairs, we have an open living room area with a decorative fireplace and a kitchen with countertop dining and full appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, stove, and large fridge. There's a 55" Smart TV as well. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, one with a king sized bed and the other is a queen. The upstairs opens to an office space/TV room with a desk and comfy L-shaped couch. It's a great spot to get some work done or relax while watching a movie or sporting event on our 46" SMART TV. The master bedroom is large and includes a luxurious king bed and a balcony where you can enjoy the California sun! It's a great spot for morning coffee and sunsets. There is also a full bathroom with a tub upstairs. We also have a guest studio suite at the back end of the house with its own separate and private entrance. It's a great space for remote work or to use as an office as it isn't connected to the rest of the house from the inside. It also serves as a great 4th bedroom if needed . The studio suite has been custom-designed to transform a small room into a bedroom space. There's a luxurious king-sized bed and two end tables that have charging stations. We have a 32" Apple TV for streaming content. The brand-new countertops make a great work space as well as a secondary dining area . We also have kitchenette items like a microwave and dish-ware set. We also have a small dresser. The bathroom features a brand-new, stunning glass-door shower & a marble counter sink. There's a couple of drawers where you can store items by the shower, and a few under the sink as well. Our home is ideal for family vacations, friend groups, or couples. It's a great place to relax and unwind as well as an epic "work from home" spot. We have fast and reliable WiFi. Guest access You'll have full access to everything pictured in the house, the guest studio suite, and outside during your stay. Essentially, the entire property. Thank you Other things to note THE HOUSE: This is a 2-story home. The lower level has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen and living room area. Upstairs there is a master bedroom and bathroom, as well as an office/TV room space and a small outdoor balcony. There are two steps from outside to get into the lower main level of the house and about 11 steps from the bottom floor to the top. The studio suite has its own separate and private and entrance and does not connect to the rest of the house from inside. BEDS: We have a total of 6 sleeping spots in the house. Downstairs, we have one king bed and one queen bed. There's also a large L-shaped couch that can be slept on. Upstairs, there is one king bed and also another L-shaped couch in the office/TV room area. The couches are comfy and work well as beds, but don't fold out into a sofa bed. The studio suite has a king-sized bed. PARKING: We offer free on-site parking for up to two tandem-parked mid-sized vehicles that is accessed through a safe alleyway. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate any other vehicles . Free neighborhood parking is available if you have guests with additional cars. WiFi: We have the strongest wireless internet offered by our provider. We have hosted many "work from home" guests who have been on numerous video conferencing calls with no issues. LAUNDRY: We offer on-site laundry with a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. Usage is free and we do provide detergent. The machines are located in the hallway downstairs. ENTRANCE: There is a private entrance to the house that is accessed from the alleyway parking and also a front entrance you can use. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: We use a self-check-in system that allows you to check-in at 4pm or any time after. Check out time is 11am. We DO NOT offer early check-in or or late check-outs. AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING: We have central heat and AC downstairs (including the studio suite). There is a mini split for temperature control (heat/AC) in the upstairs bedroom. There is NOT AC in the upstairs office/TV room space, but we do provide fans and a space heater just in case you need it. PACKAGE DELIVERY: You must get permission before having any packages delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. CLEANING: Maid service is not included in your reservation. The cleaning fee that you pay upon booking covers the cleaning for when you check out; mid-stay cleanings are not included. DISCOUNTS: We do not offer discounts.
