Strategically located in the vicinity of the airport, our property allows unparalleled access to the airport in just five minutes. This strategic position not only facilitates transit to the airport, but also provides a quick entrance to San Lucas, as it is located in the proximity of the toll highway that connects to this destination, allowing you to reach in less than 40 minutes or to the standout beaches such as El Chileno and Las Viudas, in just 20 minutes. This enclave provides excellent connectivity to both San Jose and San Lucas, as well as offering access to numerous places away from the hustle and bustle and characterized by its quiet and serene surroundings. We are happy to provide you with this option of residence, which combines comfort and strategic location to meet your housing and mobility needs. Guest access We have two main accesses. The first is across the transpeninsular road that joins from freeway 5, which comes from San Diego and joins this road, taking you to Los Cabos. The second access is by toll highway, providing a quick and safe alternative, especially during peak hours in the city. In addition to the convenience of these entrances, our location is distinguished by its tranquility. Nearby, you'll find a number of shops and dining options. Less than 5 minutes away, the most renowned seafood restaurant in the city is located, along with grocery stores. We are in a strategic location, close enough to everything but spaced out enough to keep us in a quiet and safe environment. We're committed to providing a residential experience that combines comfort, position, and security. Other things to note It is important for you to know that we are flexible, but there is a limit, so as not to inconvenience or delay the arrival of other guests. Therefore, you will only have a maximum tolerance of one hour after check-out; after that, a fee of 300 pesos will be charged for each additional hour.
