Bandon’s large swaths of cranberry fields net the city the proud title of “Cranberry Capital of Oregon.” Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is world-famous and widely regarded as home to some of the best links golf courses in the country. Come for the incredible ocean vistas, charming stores and restaurants, historic lighthouse and thriving art community. But stay for the many outdoor activities, from fishing to hiking or kayaking on the Wild Rivers Coast. Located just a half mile from downtown Bandon and with a grocery store across the street, our location is perfect for biking and walking to/from for a bite or a glass of wine! All of our motel rooms come with a parking space for one (1) car, truck or SUV. Please let us know if you're bringing more than one vehicle and/or a trailer - we have pay-for-spots that are first come, first served and will do our best to accommodate you. Please note a second spot is NOT guaranteed! If you are also bringing an RV let us know - if we have availability you're welcome to rent one of our RV spots in the back! Motel Rules & Information -------------------------------- CHECK IN/OUT Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am Late check outs without notice will be charged $25 an hour. PARKING: - Each motel room comes with ONE (1) parking spot. - Please park in front of your room, and make sure you are parked straight so that others can park next to you. - Additional vehicles will need to find off-site parking. - No idling cars/motorcycles please! - Speed Limit: 5MPH CANCELLATIONS: Please remember we are a small, boutique motel & RV site and last-minute cancellations have the potential to really hurt us. We thank you for your understanding and continued devotion to staying with a small, locally-owned business. We love you! CANCELLATION POLICY: - We have a firm and consistent cancellation policy, please review prior to booking your stay. - All reservations require a 100% payment at time of booking, and we apply our cancellation and change policy equally and consistently to all reservations and without exception even when the reason for not visiting is unforeseen for example but not limited to illness, breakdowns, weather and Acts of God. - All cancellations will be charged a 25% rebooking fee. - If a reservation is booked with less than three days to the arrival date, the full booking will be non-refundable. - All cancellations made 72 hours or less in advance will not be refunded. - If you are staying 30 nights or longer, a 30-day notice is required to vacate. If not given, we will charge for a full month (30 days), and all subsequent months will be refunded. OCCUPANCY: - All occupants must be listed on the reservation - Absolutely no guests are to be welcomed without prior permission, per our insurance NOISE: - Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. - First noice complaint = $50 charge to your bill - Second = $150 charge and eviction - Dogs get scared and bark when left alone. Please do not do this. The town of Bandon is very dog friendly so invite your fluffy friend on your adventures! PETS: - We are a 100% dog-friendly motel with no breed or weight restrictions. We love all dogs! - Maximum two dogs per room - no exceptions. - That being said, we ask you be a considerate and respectful dog owner so that we can continue to be the ONLY 100% dog-friendly motel in the area! - Please use the dog walking area by the cemetery for all potty breaks. - Please clean up all waste from the grass/dog/common areas - There are bags to the far side of the motel if you need them! Please ONLY take what is needed - No cats allowed. We love them, but they are sneaky little boogers and have claws! - Please do not leave your dog(s) alone - Most importantly please give your dogs lots of pets and love! CAMERAS: - We have cameras monitoring all outdoor spaces RV BATHROOMS: - If you use the communal bathrooms, please do your part in keeping them clean. - Disinfectant and towels are left for your use in keeping this area clean. - If a mess is left, we will check the keypad to figure out who used the restroom last and a charge may be applied to your bill. CHECKING OUT: - Please leave your room in nice shape - Please make sure all food is disposed of - Please alert us to any stains on linens - Rooms left in Mötley Crüe shape will be charged $35 an hour to clean. You’re not Mötley Crüe! Don’t pretend to be at our little motel please. :) TIPPING YOUR CLEANER: There is a QR code in a frame to leave your housekeeper a contactless tip! All tips go directly to our wonderful housekeeping staff, are 100% optional and very appreciated. THANK YOU! LINENS - IMPORTANT: We offer a "better than hotel" experience with our Pacific Northwest-designed duvet covers & sheets, as well as our 100% vegan furs and as such, ask that you do your part in keeping them stain-free during your stay. If you stain something, please let us know what it is so we can attempt to get it out (each stain is different). If we are unable to get the stains out you will be charged our cost of the linens to replace. We also ask that you do not use any of our bedding as dog beds on the floor! We have dog beds if needed. Do not throw crabbing or fishing remains in dumpster. All food waste should be double bagged. RECYCLING: - We ask that you take the extra moment and please recycle SEAFOOD: - Seafood is not permitted to be cooked or stored in the guest room fridge. - You will need to store seafood in your personal cooler as the odor will linger and an additional cleaning fee will be applied. - We have outdoor space for seafood to be prepared and cooked. Double bag seafood and toss in dumpster along east property line. COVID: Adapting to Covid19: - Restrooms, showers, and laundry amenities remain open at the user's discretion. Wear a mask if just using the bathroom or when doing laundry, of course if you are taking a shower a mask is not practical. Wipe down surfaces with cleaner provided after use for the next guest. - Social distancing and/or use of face coverings is required when speaking with people outside of your group. - Shared spaces can only be used by one social bubble at a time. This includes outdoor smoking areas. - Your health and safety is your responsibility, take the necessary precautions to protect yourself and the community. - Practice good hygiene, do not camp or socialize if you are feeling unwell. Maintain distance from people not in your party. - During Covid no daily refreshes of rooms will be conducted. - As a guest of the B.side Motel + RV and the Bandon Community at large you agree to follow CDC and Oregon Health Department guidelines to maintain social distance of six feet and properly wear one of the required face coverings when social distance is hard to maintain. Any guest showing a disregard of this policy will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued. As a guest you accept all risk associated with being in a shared space and understand that no person or property can guarantee a Covid19 free environment. - Observance of these standards are a requirement for all guests for the duration of their stay. These standards are designed to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests of the B.side Motel and RV Park. Failure to follow these standards will result in the guest being asked to vacate the premises immediately and without a refund.
