Charming apartment on the west bank of Lake Garda surrounded by olive groves and the historic village of Fasano-Sopra with unique views. The highlight is the large terrace with lake view and the communal pool (June to September) with lounger area. The apartment has two bedrooms and an open living/dining area - all very tastefully furnished and lovingly renovated. Whether for families, couples or friends - Casa La Poffa is a wonderful place to spend a holiday on Lake Garda. The space The apartment is part of a small residential complex with 12 units, completely newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love in the boho style. The living area consists of an open kitchen with a cooking island, a dining area and a sofa. Here you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning with a coffee in your hand. The brand new kitchen has a dishwasher, a Delonghi coffee machine with milk frother and an induction stove with oven. There are two bedrooms, one of which is slightly larger and equipped with a box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe. In the smaller bedroom is a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a small closet. The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with a washing machine. The spacious terrace overlooking the lake is the highlight and offers plenty of space to chill and relax with a hammock, sun loungers and a brick bench with large cushions and pillows. The large pool is shared (June to September) and is sunny in a garden lined with well-kept lawns. From here you have a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the opposite Isola Garda. The apartment has its own parking space, which is located above the house and can be reached via stairs. Guest access The apartment has its own parking space, which is connected to the complex via stairs. Other things to note The residential complex is located on the slope and is therefore not barrier-free and also not suitable for small children or strollers.
