The quiet and crowd-free, white sand beach is minutes away, so bring your sunscreen, a good book, and relax at your home away from home. The space This split-floor plan home features 3 bedrooms (1 King, and 2 Queens), and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has all major appliances, a coffee maker, blender, and toaster, with seating for up to 7. The front porch lines the house with a scenic view of the bay, where you can enjoy the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee, and unwind from your day viewing the Florida sunset. After a day of fishing on the newly constructed dock, prepare your catch of the day for dinner, or if you decide to dine out, you can find some of the best seafood that Florida has to offer just 15 minutes away. After the sun sets, Alligator Point is a prime location for stargazing on clear nights. Enjoy a fire by the fire pit while sitting underneath the star-filled sky. Bordered by thousands of acres of protected wildlife land, including marshes and flatwoods, Alligator Point is a wildlife viewer’s dream and a bird watcher's paradise. Wildlife can be viewed throughout the property and the entirety of Alligator Point. If you are looking for more adventure during your stay, there are also plenty of day-trip activities nearby, including springs, forests, historical landmarks, and a world-class golf course. Guest access Guests will be sent a lock code on their check-in date. This code will lock and unlock the door through their entire stay. Other things to note One pet is allowed for an additional fee of $125. Pet should be crated when left alone in the home, and we ask they do not get on the furniture.
