Walking distance to public beach. Town center, restaurants, shops. The space Two bedroom one bath, large kitchen. Open dining room, and recent addition of a pool table in the living room. Be aware the pool table takes a lot of space and does not leave much left over for casual seating. Guest access You have access to the whole main house with the exception of the room off the kitchen, which is my storage and locked. Also, plenty of off street parking. If there are cars in the carport, they’re mine. I’m not home so don’t worry about blocking them in. There should even be room for your boat and trailer. Other things to note The door off the kitchen is locked, as it is my storage space.
