Forks and the Historic Exchange District is within walking distance. This suite is 950 sq ft. with exposed steel columns and concrete ceiling. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the suite closed off with new-style barn doors. Failure to register may result in extra charges or reservation cancellation. Pet Behavior: Guests are responsible for their pet’s behavior. Damages caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility. Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas unless in designated off-leash areas. Noise Control: Please manage your pet’s noise levels. Excessive barking may lead to eviction without a refund. Crating and Alone Time: Dogs must be crated when left alone to prevent damage. Excessive barking may result in eviction. Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Cleaning or damage costs are the guest’s responsibility. Pet Waste: Guests must clean up after their pets. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges. Walking Your Pets: Pets must be walked away from the building and waste must be disposed of properly. Pet-Related Clean-up Charges: Additional cleaning fees will apply for pet-related incidents.
