Second home, "L'Echo des Vagues" is a pretty, fully renovated stone house, spacious (140 m2), south-facing, in the countryside and by the sea. A peaceful beach awaits you 3 minutes away and you will be ideally located near the remarkable sites of western Cotentin (Carteret, Portbail, Cap de la Hague, etc.) and relaxation or sports activities: coastal GR, water sports, surfing, etc... everything to recharge or rest! (In summer, no rentals straddling two weeks) The space 3 bedrooms, bright living room, large kitchen/dining room, two bathrooms (one small with shower, toilet and small sink), another toilet, laundry entrance and summer kitchen/dining room under courtyard. The house part is about 140 m2. Guest access the house is rented in its entirety Other things to note Possibility to rent beginner surfs to confirmed, adults and children immediately on site (at home) at privileged rates. Linen (beds + bathroom) available for €15 per person (10 + 5), on request. In winter (November - April), a meter reading for the payment of electricity consumed for heating.
