On the main upper level, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large sliding glass door looking at an amazing view. The second bedroom has a Full / Double bed and a large window with a view. The bonus room has a queen size Murphy bed. The 2nd bed and bonus room share the main bath off the hall. The kitchen, dining room and living room offer a spacious open area for large family gatherings or cozy romantic couple getaway. From the ground floor you will have access to the garage and laundry area. The driveway holds 3-4 cars depending on the size. Residential neighborhood with large city park across the street. This open space allows for amazing views! East Bay Park is 20 acres and has the following amenities, 1 mile paved walking trail with work out stations, tennis and pickle ball courts, 9 hole frisbee golf course, brand new playground equipment, public boat and kayak launch, two baseball diamonds, a large and small dog walking area. Historic Georgetown is a hidden gem! walking form East Bay Cottage is very doable to get to shops restaurants and taverns. Ground transportation to and from MYR or CHS can be Ubered or we can provide guests with some drivers names and numbers. Ubering in Georgetown is limited!
