This is a double story home in Zimbali. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with en-suite. Downstairs are another two bedrooms, one with en-suite the other with a separate bathroom. The lounge and dining room are open plan and lead onto a patio with a gas braai. Kitchen has dishwasher & appliances for self catering. Smart TV with Netflix, WIFI and a golf cart incl. Maid service incl for Mon- Fri mornings. A refundable deposit is payable directly to Zimbali Homes. Parking space in front of house. The space The Zimbali Estate is an exclusive golf estate on the beach near Ballito. It has a number or restaurants and clubhouses for casual meals or you can to up to The Capital Zimbali Hotel for more upmarket meals as they have a few different restaurants there. It has three swimming pools right next to the beach, with a restaurant open for meals called the Valley of the Pools. It has a childrens playground with trampolines and jungle gym at the Bushbuck clubhouse and cafe. It has tennis courts and a soccer pitch, and mini golf. It also has another two swimming pools - one with children's water slides away from the beach called the Bushbuck Pools. There is an 18 hole golf course. There is a day Spa at The Capital Hotel. There are marked trails for running or bike riding around the Zimbali Estate. There is a lovely Zimbali Beach Club which is a restaurant around another swimming pool, great for relaxing and open for meals or cocktails and they often have music evenings with artists who play live. Please contact The Capitol Zimbali directly for any questions about their facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, bars and beach club etc. Guest access Guests have access to most areas of the Zimbali Estate - but not the gym. You can walk down to the Valley of the Pools and the Zimbali beach from this house. It is in Forestwood Drive which is the area closer to the beach, not the areas like Yellowood or Club Drive which are too far to walk to the beach. Other things to note You may not have day or overnight visitors. There is a refundable damage deposit of R3 500.00 or equal to one nights rental (whichever is greater) that is payable for short stays of 4 nights or less for the home. If stays are longer, it is 20% of the total amount. This is payable to Zimbali Homes trust account. This will be invoiced to you separately after you have booked with AirBnb. This will be refunded to you within 10 working days of departure providing there are no damages or fines. Most bookings have no deductions whatsoever, however if there are damages to the home or golf cart or fines issued by ZEMA then these will be deducted from the deposit to repair or replace them. The balance will be refunded to you. So please be responsible and take care of everything - then there won't be a problem. If there are any damages to the golf cart, the guest is liable for the total cost of the repairs to the golf cart. Only adults with a valid drivers license may drive the golf cart. The golf cart is your responsibility - take very good care of it. Guests must complete, sign and return the rules and booking forms of the Zimbali Estate and provide all documentation required by the Zimbali Welcome centre a minimum of 48 hours before arrival. ZEMA requires ALL guests to submit Identity documents (adults) together with your booking forms before access is approved. Additionally if you want to change guests details/names after the forms have been submitted to Zimbali Security then a fee of R1 000.00 is payable, as ZEMA regard this as a new booking. The total number of guests permitted at the house includes ALL adults and children. This is because the Zimbali Estate allocates the number of guests to each house and strictly enforces it. If you have a baby - 24 months and under, ZEMA may allow the baby not to be counted. Please ask us before booking. No one - owners or guests may bring pets into Zimbali as Zimbali is an Eco Resort - also a Zimbali Security Rule.
