Loba Tulum is a place, where your fun will be enhanced by our amazing service and the stunning views of Tulum’s jungle. Other things to note Check-in is anytime after 3pm until 9pm. Thank you for notifying you by email, phone or message your approximate arrival time of arrival by phone or message. Check-out time is at 12 noon, in case of vacating the room later during the same day, an average fee will be charged plus the corresponding taxes. Loba is a space dedicated exclusively to men, so access is not allowed to women or children under the age of 18. No smoking in the rooms. Any physical or verbal assault on any of the guests, guests, hotel staff and partners is grounds for removal. Reservations can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. After this period the deposit is charged for modification or late cancellation. In case of no show on the day of your arrival, the total of the stay plus No Show taxes will be charged. The cost of the extra person is 60 USD per night. In case of loss of the room key, a charge of 20 USD plus taxes will be made. A $20 fee will also be charged for sheets, towels, or pillows that require stain removal. The taxes applicable to our rates are 16% VAT and 3% accommodation, which are included in the room rate. Guest agrees that the debit authorization issued upon check-in may be used to settle all expenses, including accommodation, extra charges, and/or property damage, if payment is not made by other means at checkout. A 100 USD lock will be made as security deposit, the remaining balance will be refunded at checkout. It is allowed to be naked within the facilities of the hotel. Any sexual intercourse in the hotel's common areas is strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to bring any type of illegal drugs and narcotics, as well as their consumption inside the premises. It is forbidden to use any horn or sound equipment in the common areas of the hotel, especially from 11:00 pm until 11:00 am. If you violate the hotel's internal rules, the address may request the eviction of the premises with no refund possible. At the time of booking, you confirm that you are aware of and agree to our policies.
