The space Loba is a Gay hotel located in Tulum. We dedicate our hospitality efforts only for men. We want to make of your experience an amazing game. Loba Tulum is a place, where your fun will be enhanced by our amazing service and the stunning views of Tulum’s jungle. Other things to note Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please notify us by email, phone or message of your approximate time of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you vacate the room later on the same day, half the rate plus applicable taxes will be charged. Loba is a space dedicated exclusively to men, so access to women or children under 18 is not allowed. No smoking in the rooms. Any physical or verbal aggression towards any of the guests, visitors, hotel staff and collaborators is grounds for expulsion. Reservations can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 14 days prior to the arrival date. After this period, the deposit is charged for late modification or cancellation. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the total stay plus taxes will be charged for No Show. The cost of the extra person is 60 USD per night. In case of loss of the room key, a charge of 20 USD plus taxes will be made. Likewise, a charge of 20 USD will be charged for sheets, towels or pillows that require stain removal. The taxes applicable to our rates are 16% VAT and 3% lodging, which are included in the room rate. The guest agrees that the debit authorization issued upon registration on the guest's credit card (check-in) may be used to settle all expenses, including accommodation, extra charges and/or property damage, if payment is not made by other means at the time of check-out. A 100 USD hold will be made as a security deposit, the remaining balance will be refunded at check-out. Being naked is allowed inside the hotel premises. Any sexual intercourse in the hotel's common areas is strictly forbidden. Bringing in any type of illegal drug or narcotic, as well as consuming them on the premises, is prohibited. The use of any speaker or sound device in the hotel's common areas is prohibited, especially from 11:00 pm to 11:00 am. In case of non-compliance with the hotel's internal regulations, management may request eviction from the premises without possible refund.
