Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away. The space The Bakery Annex is a fully self contained small cottage - ideal for either a single person; a couple (+child under 12 welcome at no extra cost) or two friends sharing. The accommodation comprises: Main entrance off veranda into sitting room, with woodburning stove; kitchen/diner with table, worktop, fridge, Baby Belling cooker etc and french doors onto south facing patio; downstairs toilet/shower-room; upstairs attic bedroom with standard double bed and single bed. Outdoor spaces great for star gazing on clear nights. Guest access Guests have driveway parking for one car - further off-road parking available. Private veranda and patio areas for guest/s lead out to extensive shared garden, orchard and paddock with rustic woodshed containing hammocks and swings for chilling out and quiet space to enjoy natures abundance. Other things to note Please note that we are surrounded by working farms and farmland. We are blessed to be situated in a remarkably peaceful location but be aware that on occasions there are seasonal farming activities like harvesting, hedge-cutting, muck spreading and cultivating, going on around us. Also: Attic bedroom is accessed by steep staircase with restricted head height (see photos) - staircase has handrails each side but not suitable for the infirm/anyone with mobility issues.
