Welcome to our DTV 4* * ** Saarland certified designer maisonette! This 115 m² apartment is located in a quiet and central area of Heiligenwald. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (180×200) and roller shutters; the second is an open studio with a boxspring bed, sofa bed, seating area with electric fireplace and a workplace. Living room with sofa bed and balcony, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bidet, private terrace with pavilion and grill. The space A cozy two-level apartment with a balcony and private terrace is located in a quiet and central area of Heiligenwald. Suitable for non-smokers and allergy sufferers, designed for 4–7 people. On the lower level there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a spacious kitchen, a shower room with a bidet and a toilet. On the upper level, there is another bedroom of about 45 m² with a boxspring bed, a sofa bed and a cozy seating area by the electric fireplace. The living room with panoramic windows overlooks the south balcony overlooking the garden. There are electric blinds at the bottom and blackout curtains at the top for comfortable sleep. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and pillows of different hardness — for a healthy and relaxing rest. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a short or long stay: a glass-ceramic stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, a coffee grinder, a mixer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Start your day with breakfast on the balcony or relax on the sun loungers on the sunny private terrace — the perfect place to relax after work or a busy day. Access is very convenient and contactless through a key safe located next to the house. The small room under the stairs is private and not accessible to guests. Other things to note The apartment is located in the center of Heiligenwald, in a very quiet place — ideal for a quiet and comfortable stay. Just 1 km away is a picturesque lake with a forest — a great place for walks and recreation in nature. Thanks to its convenient location, the autobahn and public transport stops are nearby. The apartment is a duplex (maisonette) and occupies two floors connected by a staircase — this creates a special feeling of space and comfort. Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is strictly forbidden. For smokers, there is a convenient place outside right next to the house. Check-in is contactless through a key safe located behind the house. The safe code is sent one day before arrival.
