It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (180×200) and roller shutters; the second is an open studio with a boxspring bed, sofa bed, seating area with fireplace and a workplace. A living room with a sofa bed and balcony, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and bidet, a private terrace with a pavilion and a grill. The space A cozy two-level apartment with a balcony and private terrace is located in a quiet and central area of Heiligenwald. On the lower level there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a spacious kitchen, a shower room with a bidet and a toilet. On the upper level, there is another bedroom of about 45 m² with a boxspring bed, a sofa bed, and a cozy seating area by the electric fireplace. The living room with panoramic windows overlooks the south balcony overlooking the garden. There are electric blinds at the bottom and blackout curtains at the top for a comfortable sleep. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and pillows of different hardness — for a healthy and relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a short and long stay: glass-ceramic stove with oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, coffee grinder, mixer, dishwasher and washing machine. Start your day with breakfast on the balcony or relax on the sun loungers on the sunny private terrace — the perfect place to relax after work or a busy day. Access is very convenient and contactless through a lockbox with keys located next to the house. The small under-stair room is private and not accessible to guests. Only 1 km away is a picturesque lake with forest — a great place for walking and relaxing in nature. Thanks to its convenient location, autobahn and public transport stops are nearby. The apartment is a duplex (maisonette) and occupies two floors connected by stairs — this creates a special feeling of space and coziness. Smoking in the apartment and balcony is strictly prohibited. There is a convenient place on the street right next to the house for smokers. Check-in is contactless through a key safe located behind the house.
