Unwind in this beautiful, newly built suite with luxury fittings, superking bed and separate seating area, ensuite shower room, patio, and secure off street parking directly outside the suite. Located in a peaceful residential area, a 10 minute walk to the historic centre of Beverley offering bars, restaurants, shops, etc. and the Flemingate shopping area, the historic Beverley Minster, and Beverley's Westwood Common & Racecourse. 10 minute walk to train and bus stations. The space Queensgate Luxury Holiday Lets are a collection of beautiful properties built at the rear of our main residence, a 10 minute walk from Beverley town centre in a quiet residential area (please book with this understanding as we like to maintain our good location rating). Our main house dates back to the late 1800's and was originally a farm house with outbuildings - these outbuildings have been converted into beautiful holiday properties. Our newly built luxury suites are where a goat shed once was that housed two goats - Samson and Delilah - so we have named the suites after them. We also have a two bedroom apartment (with optional annexe), a three bedroom cottage. Our beautiful new Delilah suite is finished to a very high standard and offers a superking bed, a seating area with a two seater sofa and a smart tv (which can also be viewed while in bed), a walk in wardrobe/storage area and an ensuite bathroom with luxury walk in double shower. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods, and a kettle with tea making facilities. Please note there are no dining facilities. The suite has a sliding patio door onto an outside seating area with bistro table and comfy chair. The Delilah suite is slightly smaller than the Samson suite but has a larger patio. There is a screen between the patios of the two suites which can be removed should you wish to have the space open between the two suites. The suite is not suitable for small children - please message if you would like to bring a baby/infant - acceptance at our discretion There are laundry facilities available on site (small charge may apply) Guest access Private secure parking area for one vehicle directly in front of the suite...please contact us as we may be able to accommodate more than one car or we have a permit for on street parking. Outside seating on private patio. The suite is accessed through private security gates and is at the rear of our property Other things to note The suites are located to the rear of our property. They have drink making facilities but no dining facilities. Our other properties (also listed on airbnb) have self catering facilities - the two bedroom apartment and the three bedroom holiday cottage are located opposite each other in the courtyard area. Please note that the booking will relate to the same guests staying for the stay and we do not allow 'swapping' of guests without prior agreement. Also please let us know if you wish to have visitors to the suite (prior agreement required) On-site parking is for residents only
