Inverness Country Retreat Guesthouse

Self-catered country retreat only 4 miles from Inverness city centre and a short drive from Loch Ness. The guesthouse is built on the rear of the original 1700’s Farmhouse with a traditional setting and newly decorated, fully furnished modern interior. This is the perfect base to explore the Scottish Highlands. Boasts spectacular views of the sea and mountains, the guesthouse comes with its own private parking and fully enclosed, dog friendly guest garden. The space The guesthouse consists of the master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is a single bedroom next to a the main bathroom with a large double shower. Towels and toiletries are provided for guests. The living room is a spacious and modern room with a comfortable seating area and a sofa that doubles as a bed. Spare bedding is available. The kitchen is newly renovated with wide, solid wood work surfaces with plenty of space for cooking. The dining table comfortably fits four. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, grill, microwave and cooking hob. Cooking utensils are provided as well as champagne flutes, wine glasses, crockery and cutlery. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire guesthouse, garden, driveway and parking. Other things to note Please provide the host with your expected arrival time (ie. between 6pm-7pm) within the check-in window the day prior to arrival. Please stick to the confirmed arrival time as we co-ordinate our working hours with greeting guests. Please be aware of the step between the living room and the single bedroom. This has been highlighted with hazard tape and glow in the dark tape. There are also emergency lights with torches in the socket beside it and in the single room. We recommend using the lights at night when moving around the living room and the space between the single bedroom at night. For families, please be advised that cots are not provided. There are games available in the guesthouse for guests to use. The television is not connected to an aerial but works with the DVD player. As we are quite rural, the internet can occasionally be affected by the weather. When this happens there may be no internet access for a short period of time. Licence: HI-50023-F
