Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space surrounded by vineyards, mid way between Napa and Fairfield. The setting is rural yet only a short drive away from downtown Napa and the wineries in the main Napa valley. The space The house is a two story house located in a rural area, with some wild life. Upstairs has the two bedrooms and one bathroom with full bath. The downstairs has the kitchen, living/dining area and a smaller bathroom with shower. There is a screened patio with patio furniture. Radiators are used for heating. Lower level radiators are thermostat controlled. Upper level radiators are independently controlled. Water comes from a well on the property. It is filtered and UV treated. It is drinkable. The water treatment setup in the garage requires addition of salt every 2 months, which we will do ourselves. The local utility, PG&E, shuts off power, sometimes with minimal notice to reduce wild fire risk. These shutoffs can last several hours to several days depending on wind and weather conditions. Guest access No access to garage Other things to note Electricity charges larger 200$ per month will be your responsibility. We will inform you weekly via Airbnb messaging of your electricity consumption. Charges for clearing clogged drains and damages resulting from overflows will be your responsibility. The 300$ cleaning fee applies to 30 day stays. For stays longer than 60 days, we will require a walk through prior to your departure.
