Be our guest in this sunny 90-square-meter apartment, in the old-fashioned flair with modern attributes. Here all the important points of contact are close by. Bus stop, supermarket, city center with restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Cozy apartment with fireplace in a castle built in 1898 with fantastic scenery and located right on the river Lenne. Centrally located yet quiet in the forest on the mountain with many hiking trails right outside the front door. The space The 90 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is equipped with everything you need. Bedroom with a double bed. In the spacious living room there is a large sofa (sleeping function), fireplace, balcony and a large 75-inch TV. The kitchen has a cooking island, washing machine, dryer and is equipped with everything needed. The dining area is also in the kitchen. In the bedroom and kitchen there are also additional TVs. All TVs have the SMART TV function and are connected to the Wi-Fi. P.S. In the winter season, we prepare firewood for the first use of the fireplace. For further use, firewood can be purchased at the nearest store or brought along on request. Dear guests, the fireplace should only be used at outside temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius, which is approximately from 10/15 to approximately 04/15. Guest access Parking next to the garages is marked with number 6. Additional parking is in front of the main building under the trees. The access is via a dirt road, i.e. gravel road through the forest and up the mountain. Other things to note It is forbidden to use file-sharing programs! Please be aware that compensation may be claimed for copyright infringements of video and photo material! For walks in the forest, mountains and surroundings, we recommend using the Komoot app. The hiking trails in the forest start right outside the front door. There are 3 ski areas nearby: The ski resort Kohlberglift – Neuenrade is located in the Sauerland (Germany, Deutsche Mittelgebirge). The ski resort Collenberg – Halver is located in the Sauerland (Germany, Deutsche Mittelgebirge). The ski resort Hardenberg/Möllsiepen – Meinerzhagen is located in the Sauerland (Germany, German Mittelgebirge).
