This beautiful, well equipped, tiny home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is centrally located on James Island - 10 minutes away from Folly Beach and 15 minutes away from Downtown Charleston. The space This house is perfect for a couple or a small family! It is very cozy and clean with a full sized bathroom and kitchen, living area, desk for remote workers, and washer/dryer. The house is stocked with all of the essentials including coffee, kitchen utensils and pans, laundry detergent, beach towels and much more! Within 10 minutes you can be sitting on Folly Beach or in 15 you can be in the heart of historic Downtown Charleston - the best of both worlds! Another 20 minutes and you are on Kiawah or the Isle of Palms. 5 minutes away from the Berry Patch is also an array of delicious, local restaurants, golf courses, James Island County Park and much more! Guest access The neighborhood is easily accessible, right off of Folly Road, and we have our own driveway and front yard. Big enough for two vehicles! Other things to note We do not have cable TV…it is a smart TV that allows you to login to any of your favorite streaming services. There are also DVD’s provided.
