Welcome to our family home in the heart of Summertown, North Oxford, a vibrant suburb just 1.5 miles from the city centre. It’s an excellent base to explore the city of Oxford or the beautiful nearby Cotwolds. Independent coffee shops, restaurants, it's own library, theatre, play parks and sports facilities - all you need! And just a bike ride or short journey on the bus leads to all that the historic city centre has to offer. We have superfast broaband and an a/c unit on the top floor. The space On the ground floor is a separate sitting room with fireplace - a great room to enjoy peace and quiet! There's also a utility room with washer and dryer, downstairs WC, large kitchen diner with a TV room adjoining. On the first floor are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. There is a twin bedroom (two 3 ft beds), a double bedroom with Superking (6 ft) bed, and a second twin room (3 ft beds). On the second floor is the master bedroom with a King Size (5 ft) bed and en-suite shower room. In hot weather, the room has the possibility of air-conditioning.
