Hot Tub Haven: Private Basement Apartment

Escape to a gem of comfort and indulgence with our luxurious 1 bedroom basement apartment, complete with a private hot tub oasis. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this stylish haven offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, you'll enjoy a serene environment while being just a short drive away from local attractions, dining establishments, and shopping hubs. Discover the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. The space Guests will have access to a private walkway and entrance into the basement. There is a spacious living room, dining area, one bed, and one bathroom. The living room has a 55" Roku TV for guests who enjoy movie nights or need to catch up on their TV shows after a long day of exploring. We have also added a second 55" Roku TV in the bedroom for those extra cozy movie nights in bed. The bedroom also includes a 6 drawer dresser and a walk in closet for long term guests who want to hang up or store their clothes. We also provide a regular box fan as well as a heating fan in the bedroom so that our guests can sleep in their optimal temperature. The Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, silverware, measuring cups, and many other basic kitchen essentials. We also provide a Kurig Coffee maker, Kurig cups, and have a small coffee bar with multiple options for cream and sugar for our guests who need their morning coffee. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire basement. You will have your own private walkway, entrance and the hot tub will also be exclusive to you throughout your stay. We are friendly folks and will gladly say hi, but it is more likely you will not run into us throughout your stay.
