Welcome to Villa Trasolini, a beautifully restored Tuscan retreat with medieval origins (15th century), ideal for families and groups seeking an authentic countryside experience. This historic farmhouse, once home to farmers who worked on the estate of the Count of Casalta, still stands amidst its original farmland, now featuring 7 hectares of Chianti DOCG vineyards, 14 hectares of rotating crops, and Tuscan olive trees. The space The farmhouse was renovated two years ago, and I personally oversaw the construction and design in collaboration with an architect from Milan. We preserved the historic structure while giving it a clean, modern aesthetic, using materials that evoke the past yet meet the highest comfort standards. Among the amenities offered are a swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub, a wellness room with sauna and jacuzzi, handcrafted beds with high‑end mattresses, and designer furnishings. The living area is enhanced by a table and a wooden bar made from reclaimed forest wood. The entire property is powered by solar panels and photovoltaic systems, covering roughly 70 % of electricity and hot‑water consumption; all products used are eco‑friendly, organic, and artisanal. The property is well connected: just minutes from the highway to Siena and Arezzo, 10 minutes from the motorway to Florence and Rome, and 5 minutes from the commercial area of Sinalunga (supermarkets, shops). Nearby attractions include the Valdichiana Outlet Village (10 minutes), wineries to visit, thermal springs, golf courses, skydiving, hot‑air balloon rides, cycling routes, and horseback riding. Guest access The entire farmhouse will be for your exclusive use. In addition to the house there is a separate outbuilding opposite the main building, featuring a small wellness room with a jacuzzi and sauna, also for exclusive use. A spacious garden surrounds the house, and you’ll have an outdoor area with a barbecue, tables, and an exterior lounge.
