Agave Suite with 24h hotsprings tub access

This property is on a large lot in the downtown Hot Springs district with great views of Turtleback mountain. One block to the river, the Saturday Farmers market (May-Oct) and shops and restaurants. You have 24 hour access to our large outdoor hot springs tub with healing waters that come out of the aquifer at approx. 106 degrees F! This unit is on the mountain side of the property and has access to the outdoor spaces which include a stage, lots of outdoor seating, and a fire pit. The space You have access to your apartment and all outside amenities (tub, seating areas, fire pit, stage, etc). The property is a historic building and is one of the first healing centers built in Truth or Consequences. Our hot tub is in the form of a womb-like water tank, which has great acoustics for those of you who are musically inclined. Please be aware that there is a 4 rung pool ladder to climb in and out of the tub. The apartment has a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a convertible double futon in the living room if needed (pad and bedding are provided by request). We are a pet friendly property. If you have a larger party or would like private access to the whole property, please look at our "Healing Home with hot springs" listing for over 2000 square foot of space and 4 bedrooms plus 3 additional sleeping areas. When you arrive, walk through the gate to the right of the front porch on Mims Street and walk towards the mountain side of the property. (You will pass two doors on the south side of the building- keep walking to the end of the building, and turn left). The door to the Agave Suite is on the back/mountain side of the property, with two chairs on the small porch. You will receive the door code approximately 24 hours before your arrival. Truth or Consequences is a unique, artsy community. There are a lot of art galleries and unique interesting shops in the downtown area. One block away is Ralph Edwards Park, where there is a Saturday Farmers market from 8am to 11am from May to October. Every 2nd Saturday, the City hosts an Art Crawl, with live bands and gallery exhibits open from 6pm-9pm. Guest access You will access your apartment through the side gate. As you enter the yard you will see two doors on the side of the building. THESE ARE NOT YOUR APARTMENT. Please walk to the mountain side of the building where you will see a small porch with two chairs. This is the entrance to the AGAVE Suite. You will be provided with a door code 24 hours before your arrival. Other things to note Children are welcome to stay on our property. The hot springs tub is to be used at your own risk. Due to the temperature of the spring water coming out of the aquifer at our location, the tub is not recommended for children under 12, for anyone with heart or vascular issues or for use when intoxicated.
