Event Yurt add on $200 up to 15 additional non/overnight guest The space Glamour + Camping=Glamping! Enjoy a getaway for not only sleeping but LOT's of fun activities! Add on an additional 30' Event Yurt for an additional fee of $200 for a small gathering of up to an additional 15 visitors not staying overnight OR Add on for just your group of up to 14/15 staying over NO EVENT additional fee $95 per night. Book 3 nights or more and the event yurt is added for free to your stay for glamping guest only, not events. Event Yurt Includes: tables and chairs for up to 25. Cold buffet and food table; 75 inch TV. Double/Single/Child Wicker Throne chairs for pictures. Two full/twin trundle day beds. Heat/AC. Extra Guest ONLY allowed with the additional Event Yurt package. Those guest not staying need to be off the property during quiet hours 10 pm weekends, 9 pm weekdays. No exceptions. Smoking OUTDOORS ONLY. No DJs. Fun controlled gatherings. Linen and towels provided Bring your own swim towels WiFi is provided throughout the property. Guest access Parking here is free can park up to 15 vehicles on property and additional street parking Other things to note Not a hotel, but an upscale camping called Glamping! I do allow up to two pets at $60 per pet. Pets have designated areas and must be on leash. Mature audiences only. This is a peaceful neighborhood. There is a $500 fee on unapproved guest or parties on property. No DJs. Celebrations are cool, just small intimate family/friends gatherings with mellow music. I'm all for fun, just keep it safe.
