The gîte is completely renovated and is located in the Ardennes in Hannogne Saint Martin between Charleville-Mézières and Sedan. We have 3 additional cottages of the same composition as this one, thus allowing a maximum accommodation capacity of 24 people (4 times 6 people maximum). The pool and solarium are shared for the 4 cottages. The space The gîte is equipped with all the comforts you need for your stay: large integrated kitchen with traditional oven, microwave/grill, dishwasher, induction hob. The bathroom has a bathtub and a large Italian shower. A bedroom equipped with a king size bed 180*200 and a large screen LCD TV. A second bedroom equipped with 2 90*200 beds and a large screen LCD TV. A corner sofa convertible into a 140*190 bed located in the living room completes the accommodation as well as a giant screen LCD TV. A large 30 m2 terrace is also available to guests Other things to note Many places of interest are close to the vacation rental: - 2 minutes away: The Trans-Ardennes greenway is a bike path for walkers and cyclists using the old towpaths along the Meuse, from Givet to Mouzon (more than 100 km). - 15 minutes away: Bouillon, a city in the south of Belgium, near the French border. It is renowned for its medieval castle overlooking the Semois and its magnificent animal park. - 40 minutes away: Notre-Dame d'Orval Abbey is a Cistercian-Trappist monastery located in Belgium in Villers-devant-Orval. Founded by Benedictines in the 11th century. - 45 minutes away: Reims, the unofficial capital of the champagne-producing region, and most of the large champagne houses that have their headquarters there offer tastings and tours of their cellars. - 50 minutes away: It was during the summer of 1850 that a small group of monks came to settle on the wild plateau of Scourmont, near Chimay.
