Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the country. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and full size closet. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Twin size bed Bathroom has shower/tub The laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board Fully equipped kitchen Enjoy swimming in the pool, walking trails in the woods 10 min drive to the famous Chicken Shack for some good food and great atmosphere •Queen air mattress available The space Enjoy the outdoors and walking trails around the property in the country. If you are an animal lover, visit and feed the pig “Porkchop”. He loves to eat your scraps (no pork please). If you have little ones, there is a swing set with a slide. Enjoy a dip in the gated pool with a pool house that has a mini fridge- plenty of room for your whole family. Small Bluetooth speakers are allowed :) We also provide some floaties and beach towels for guests **** NO parties/events or additional/people who were not originally booked on the reservation are allowed unless discussed prior to booking for additional fees*** Failure to respect this rule may result in immediate eviction with no refund given . **** Please do not go to the rental house before 3:00 pm without checking with us first. When a housekeeper or inspector sees a vehicle in the driveway, they may think someone is still there and move on to their next scheduled cleaning and possibly delay your check-in. In rare cases (late departing guests or excessively dirty homes), your housekeeper may still be finishing up the home. Guest access Guests can access, relax and enjoy the pool which has a pool cabana with a mini fridge. There is also a hot tub right off the porch of the Airbnb to enjoy and relax. If you like the outdoors, there are walking trails in the woods that guest are welcome to enjoy. Other things to note You will be sent the front gate before arrival as well instructions. For entrance to the front door The airbnb has a gas and charcoal grill available for use. Please bring your own charcoal if using the charcoal grill Hot Tub Please no pets in hot tub The property is on well water. There is calcium build up on the walls and at the bottom of the hot tub (annoying… I know) This is normal for water in the area. If you have any issues operating the hot tub please reach out via my cell phone number on the listing. The hot tub is cleaned and sanitized between each stay. ***The pool area is still accessible to lounge by during winter (off season) months but it is not netted out regularly and most likely will have leaves in the pool.
