BEDROOMS & BATH: * Bedroom 1: Comfortable Queen Bed (Main Floor) * Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen Bed (Main Floor) * Sleeping Loft: Two Queen Beds, accessible by a unique 'ship's ladder'. Please note this ladder may not be suitable for all guests. * One newly updated, modern bathroom. Guest access There is room for 2 cars to park at the back of the home. You will be supplied with a keyless access code which will work on the BACK door. Other things to note A few important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Township Registration: Tobyhanna Township Registration # 003832 Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. OPTIONAL LAKE NAOMI CLUB (LNC) ACCESS: Please note that amenities such as a pool, hot tub, lake, beaches, and gym are NOT on our property. They are part of the private, platinum-rated Lake Naomi Club and require purchasing an optional temporary membership for access. Eligibility: Only available for stays of 7 nights or longer. Cost: Membership fees are paid directly to LNC. Rates are per family and vary by season (e.g., ~$310/week in low season, ~$475/week in peak summer). Please inquire for current rates. Booking Process: You MUST message us BEFORE booking your stay to confirm membership availability for your dates, as we have a limited number of temporary memberships we can sponsor each year. Application Fee: LNC charges a $50 rush fee for applications submitted less than 2 days in advance.
