Cosy spacious house near Alkmaar center & station

Wonderful spacious house with large garden, suitable for children/families as well as couples. Feel at home in a relaxed neighbourhood and enjoy the charm of Alkmaar while being close to everything. Free Parking in front of the house. Walking distance (5 min.) to all shops; bakery, butcher, supermarket, grocery, wine store, and Alkmaar's city center and a 30 min. drive from Amsterdam. Located in the midst of beautiful Dutch landscapes and on top of that, only a 15 min drive to the beach! The space The house is our own house where we (a young working couple) live. Since the house is not used exclusively for renting/airbnb there are some things good to know. Most of them are seen as positives luckily ;). For example the fridge wont be empty ( so feel free to grab some butter, one of our favorite hot sauces or maybe a beer!), the biggest part of the closets will also be filled (of course we will leave some free space) and you will find there is a lot more in the cupboards then 4 plates and a glass, so cooking your own meals won't be a challenge... Just a heads up so you don't expect a completely empty house. Layout: The house has 2 bedrooms. One attic bedroom with a luxurious 180x210cm boxspring. One 1st floor bedroom with luxurious 180x210cm boxspring (with bookings under 3 persons only the attic bedroom will be available). All beds are made up with clean sheets and clean towels for every guest. There is a portable baby/toddler bed available. Ofcourse if you have any questions feel free to ask, we're more than willing to help. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, the garden and depending on the amount of guests to one or two bedrooms
