Studio - "Anker throw on Lake Constance"

Drop your anchor and enjoy a few days in Scherzingen at the Lake Constance! We, the Andenmatten family, rent our stylish and beautifully furnished studio. It is at ground level and can be reached via a separate entrance door. The bathroom has a shower and a fireplace can be lit in the living / sleeping area. The bright kitchen with dining area is well equipped. The studio can accommodate 2 people. Floor heating in winter and a patio in summer sweeten the stay. The space In 2020 the studio was integrated into our 200 year old farmhouse. It is at ground level and can be reached via a separate entrance door. The bathroom has a shower and a stove can be used to create a cozy atmosphere in the living / sleeping area. The bright kitchen with dining area is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. The studio can accommodate two people. In the cooler months, underfloor heating ensures warm feet and in summer there is a small, cozy garden seat available. If necessary, a parking lot including charging station and a washing machine can be used on request. Guest access The washing machine and the dryer can be used on request. Other things to note The studio is centrally located in Scherzingen and is therefore an ideal starting point for various activities. The distance to the lakeside is about 1000m. In five minutes you are in the Scherzinger Forest with barbecue area and Vitaparcours. Shops, bakery, restaurant and hospital are all within walking distance. The bus stop for a trip to Kreuzlingen or Konstanz is only 100m away. The train station is also only 500m away and enables easy excursions, for example to Schaffhausen or St. Gallen. The swimming area in the village is available to experience Lake Constance, or you can cycle along the lakeside cycle path to explore the shore.
