The whole group will enjoy easy access to city centre from this newly renovated and centrally located condo. high frequency buses pass nearby. This condo has its own private entrance door. Seven comfortable single beds accomodate even a large group. Parking is free, both on-street, and in the underground car park. This gate requires an electronic contact fob. It's in the kitchen remember to leave it in apt. The underground parking space is 18. Pedestrian exit is a small gate, with same fob The space Our home in the Phoenix Park Racecourse is part of a luxury development located in the much sought after townland of Castleknock. Fast and frequent bus and train services whisk you to the city centre in about 15 minutes. A grocery store is just around the corner. Discounter (Lidl) is located in the Castleknock village nearby. Super value is beside Ashtown Rail station.10 minutes walk. Wonderful amenities, are outside your door. The vast Phoenix Park with herds of wild deer roaming freely is on your doorstep. ( 5 minutes walk) For a great way to start your day, safe cycleways/ footpaths and open meadowlands are ready to be enjoyed in this tranquil oasis of greenery. Ashtown castle, in the park, is steeped in history, and has picnic tables and a children's playground too. A superb public golf course is nearby. We are about 15 minutes drive from Dublin Airport. The living area/ kitchen is upstairs. Upstairs is a roomy, double bed setee plus a large, day bed setee/ couch, which has a separate pull out bed slotted underneath, and suited to two sleeping separately. A maximum of 7 people can sleep separately Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, unless otherwise stated, as we vacate our home and stay with family members during reservations , and also spend time overseas. Other things to note Tranquility is the essence of your stay. This is a very bright, sun drenched, little house, with floor to ceiling windows, in the living quarters, and total privacy. plus it's own entrance door to the street. the two bedrooms are on the ground floor with four single hotel quality mattresses /beds. All beds have real duck down down, lightweight quilts for maximum comfort. The living area/ kitchen is upstairs. Upstairs is a roomy, double bed setee plus a large, day bed setee/ couch, which has a separate pull out bed slotted underneath, and suited to two sleeping separately. A maximum of 7 people can sleep separately, in the apartment. NB .If 7 people linger in the showers in quick sequence, the hot water cylinder may empty. It takes about an hour to fully reheat the tank. There are two bathrooms with walk in showers. One is en suite. Small children will have to be minded and kept away from the staircase. 5 bicycles are available for enjoying the many cycle trails in the nearby Phoenix Park, at no extra cost. Please note, we do not welcome groups arriving for "party" weekends etc. as we give our neighbours due respect with regard to late night noise etc. Please contact me for special discount on 3 nights or more. The central heating is "self-service". Press the control switch on the wall in the kitchen twice for two hours. Repeat as necessary.
