Apartment near the bus station, easy access to the highway, market, bakery and fast food, 24-hour doorman and 4 km from Unesp. I live in the apartment. The washer and dryer and iron can be used, but you need to negotiate an extra cost. I only rent the room... I live on-site ;-) The space The space is simple, more comfortable and safe. Guest access Smoking is prohibited in the condominium's common areas, smoking is only allowed on the apartment's balcony. The condominium does not allow smoking in public spaces.
