New, cozy and detailed apartment with an outstanding lake view from the two balconies that run along the entire house. It is located 15 minutes walk from Bellagio's centre and all its landmarks. The house is at the first floor of a flat and it consists of two levels: an open space living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom; a loft with a double bed and a double sofa bed, suitable for children. Great position to visit the best lake' spots, to chill and enjoy a good glass of wine! The space The house is located in a very quiet and nice residential complex. The area is very safe and just a few steps away from the hustle and bustle of the main centre. Guest access Guests will have private access to the whole apartment and would not share it with other guests. Other things to note If your booking is for 2 guests but you prefer 2 separate beds other than the normal double bed, please ask me at the moment of the booking. An increase of 15€ will be asked for the extra bed linens. If your booking is longer than 7 nights, a change of towels and bed linens is provided and included in the price. For any other bed linens or towels change, an increase will be asked. From 1st March to 30th November, guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax, 3€ per person per night at the check-in moment.
