OUTSIDE: Spacious UNFENCED yard, not accessible from back of the house. Front door accessible with handicap ramp. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, coffee maker, dishware & flatware GENERAL: Smart lock keypad, free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning & heating, towels & linens PARKING: Driveway (1 vehicle), carport (1 vehicle), street parking (first-come, first-served) Guest access You can walk or drive to the beach and park on the street. Quick Uber/Lyft ride to casinos/ Uber eats too! Other things to note Parties and events are NOT allowed. No Pets of any kind. Please no smoking cigarettes or any drugs. This is OUR home and would love if you took care of our stuff and treated it as your own. It’s a simple home but with NEW beds and a comfortable space. Only primary bedroom and living room have Smart TVs. Late check outs could warrant an extra charge along with any damage to the home other than normal use for your stay. The backyard is not fenced.
