Nice independent and functional house**. You will be staying in the annex of the former presbytery. Completely refurbished in 2021, you will enjoy its 6 beds, spread over 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine area. The terrace will allow you to enjoy the Norman sun. The house is bordered by the Télhuet Valley Park. Ideal location for visiting the Seine Valley and the coast (Etretat, Honfleur...) or for business trips. End-of-stay cleaning is included The space The Gite du Télhuet offers a living room with dining area and fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are located upstairs and offer 5 beds + possibility of a crib (on request), the beds will be ready upon arrival. You will enjoy the garden and terrace thanks to the garden furniture and barbecue (available during sunny days). Private garden of about 200 m2. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with a dishwasher as well as a washing machine, ironing board and iron. High-quality Wi-Fi (see speed test in photos) and connected TV (latest generation Chromecast) 2-3 vehicles can be parked in the driveway of the accommodation. The Parc de la Vallée du Télhuet borders the house. Landscaped park of 20 ha, you will find a play area for children, a large bowling alley (one part covered), ponds, an orchard, an old farm typical of Normandy, some animals... Events are organized from time to time in the park's plain: fireworks on July 13, small fair, exhibition of old vehicles... The end of stay cleaning is included in the price and the beds are ready upon arrival. Provided: sheets, 2 tea towels, 2 hand towels, shower exit mat (included in the rental rate) Towels are not provided. For the little ones, we can provide: folding bed, baby bath, highchair, potty, deckchair, bed gate and safety gate for the stairs (positioned upstairs because a door secures the bottom of the stairs). Some toys, board games, books and comics are available.
