At the crossroads of the Tarn-et-Garonne and Aveyron departments, the "Les Hameaux des Lacs" tourist residence is located in the heart of the rolling countryside, at the top of a hill surrounded by lakes, in a privileged landscape environment. Nearby, you will be entertained at the lake, and at the swimming pool in season (heated and covered) of the tourist center below, to which you have free access, and you will dine in the many restaurants and snack bars in the surrounding area. The space Each 35 m² 3-room COTTAGE consists of: One bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and closet/wardrobe A bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (80 x 190) and closet/wardrobe A living room with a table and chairs, and a sofa bed. A flat screen TV (34 cm or 72 cm) with TNT and foreign channels (extra charge) An American kitchen furnished and equipped in the living room (4 electric hobs, extractor fan, dishwasher, sink, microwave, fridge (with freezer), dishes and cooking utensils, electric coffee maker) Bathroom with shower, sink, large mirror Separate toilet A 15 m² terrace with garden furniture Air conditioning (extra charge) Free Wi-Fi in the common areas. No WIFI in the Chalets. The guest has the choice to do the cleaning themselves and to make the accommodation in perfect condition of cleanliness: - Accommodation deposit €250 per accommodation for any stay from 5 consecutive nights - Cleaning deposit at the final cleaning rate per type of accommodation for any stay. Upon departure, a cleanliness check is carried out before return of the security deposit. Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of the listing. Cash or credit card payment. - Baby bed rental, high chair and bathtub depending on availability: €10 per unit per stay or €5 for the bathtub.
