Santa’s village is 18 mins away On property, you can hike through the forest Inside the cozy cottage, enjoy movies on Netflix or light up the real fire wood stove to complete your cottage experience. **please do not forget to pick up firewood from any gas station on your way in ** Want some extra room? Check out www.airbnb.com/h/bonnielakecabin Guest access The property is yours to explore, there is a new section that is under development and we ask that you approach, walk through with caution as it has not been developed for guest access as yet . You may find us at the very back of the property working or clearing some of the forest brush and trails DURING WINTER MONTHS We have partnered with a local snow contractor and in some cases we will attend site for snow removal ourselves. For guests who are staying multiple days and there are multiple snow falls we are responsible for snow removal prior to your arrival and prior to your departure. For privacy reasons we will not clear snow during your reservation. Please understand whether it be us or our contractor we can only do what the weather permits and what we are physically capable of. Other things to note Don’t forget to bring : -beach towels for the hot tub - ****FIREWOOD **** Please stop off at a gas station to pick up your own firewood if you’re planning to use our wood-burning amenities provided - seasonal bug repellent Did you read that right ? Breakfast provided? YES We provide pancake mix (with syrup) , oatmeal, peanut butter, coffee, tea ! This is a Bed AND Breakfast after all! - We reserve the right to maintain our outdoor property at any time. Our snow contractor is named Rob. He may stop by the property to clear snow without giving us a heads up as he does not have a cellphone (off-grid living) to contact us in advance. - The hot tub water chemistry is maintained and balanced prior to every reservation, but individual reactions cannot be predicted or prevented. Refunds will not be provided for those with overly sensitive skin who cannot use the hot tub. Pregnant women are advised to avoid the use of hot tubs. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: You can request items be shipped back to you however, guests will cover the postage +25.00 charge Guest with PETS: Pets are NOT permitted in the common / living area of the home and are to remain in the designated mud room / laundry room area. This area has direct access to the rear of the house, as well as view from the kitchen to easily monitor your pup. You can leave a dog bed in this area. Guests that do not follow this request may be subject to additional cleaning charges to remove pet fur from the home - We run on a septic system. Please please please be mindful of the amount of toilet paper you use in one sitting. It costs us $400 each time a child flushes half a roll down the toilet. Future costs will be covered by the guests responsible. - Late check-outs are to be covered by guests should they hold up the cleaning staff.
