Casa de Campo with pool

Perfect home to relax and have fun, with the security of a condominium. 20 people - 5 bedrooms (3 en-suites and 6 bathrooms) and private pool. The playground, courts and game room are in the shared area of the condominium, which is in front of our house. NOTE: The daily rate is for one night, but we consider it two full days, since check-in can be done from 8:00 a.m. and check-out at 5:00 p.m. the next day! ONLY SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZE PETS ALLOWED Guest access The house is in a gated community, we have two covered parking spaces, and other cars can stop on the street, inside the community, in front of the house! Other things to note House rules!!! -Maximum capacity of the house: 20 people. All names will need to be sent along with the ID number for access to the condominium one day prior to check-in! -Do not enter the pool with sunscreen or suntan lotion on your body. Please take a shower in the shower stall or even a bath in the pool bathroom before entering, because if the water gets too dirty we will need to add a strong product that will make it impossible to use the pool for 3 days. - Loud music or excessive noise is strictly forbidden after 10 p.m. In case of non-compliance with the rule, there will be a charge of R$ 500.00 to pay the condominium fine! -We have a hammock hook but we do not make it available, feel free to bring yours! - Do not sleep on the mattress bedspread, please bring your own bed and bath linens. We don't have pillows for all beds, so remember to bring yours! - Access the Wi-Fi with the barcode that is next to the television!
