This stylish MicroHome is part of a 100-acre property and is just the place to experience the country. An abundance of wildlife will come to your window to say good morning. You can expect to find deer, kangaroos, echidnas, and wombats if you are lucky. Light the fire, read a book and enjoy the beautiful nature. Go for a walk, or swim in the dam. Only 50 min from Mel CBD. PLEASE NOTE this is a Country property, there are resident spiders, bugs, field mice, wildlife, etc. The space Self-check-in/out When you get to the property, the main gate will be closed. Drive in, past the main house and the Microhome is about 200 meters further up on the right hand side. If you are not 100% versed in starting fires on regular basis, firestarters are recommended. Wood is outside next to the driveway. It may be wet on outside but is dry inside and works 100% once started. Please DO NOT park in driveway as access is required to rear of the property. There is no rubbish collection at the property. You are required to take your rubbish with you. Thankyou Guest access The MicroHome is on a 100 acre property. You are welcome to go for a walk, ride and explore. There are 2 dams where you can fish or swim. It is separate from the main house. It has all its own facilities that are for sole use of the occupier. Other things to note This is a Country property with resident spiders, bugs, wildlife. If you look, you will find wild animals, their droppings and insects. Sometimes wild life gets into the accommodation. In summer the property is in declared fire danger period. No open fire or burning off is permitted. If you start a bushfire, police prosecution will follow.
