The space This Designer done two bedroom unit is located in the historic building built in 1925, with 9 foot ceilings, and lots of windows for natural light. This boutique Building has a total of just 13 apartments spread across 3 floors. Guest access You’ll have access to a bike storage unit if needed : you’ll have 1 (ONE) reserved parking space for a Car, in the back as well as access to laundry room (located on the first floor and it’s free to use, you just need your own laundry detergent bleach etc.) Other things to note The unit does come with a 32 inch streaming TV in the living room this Wi-Fi enabled TV requires you to access your personal accounts (Netflix Hulu Disney+ etc.) This is a non-smoking building this unit is a 2nd floor walk up. The unit does not have air-conditioning but fans are provided and all windows are new and have screens. You will only have one parking space if you need an additional parking space you’ll have to contact me to see if one is available for an additional fee by the building. The building has radiated heat durning the winter the temperature is set between 70 and 72 depending on the outside temperature you will not be able to control the temperature outside of this range during winter months. The unit has radiators which can get hot and if you have children you should proceed with caution during the winter months with young kids. Pets, limited to 1 dog or 2 cats total weight must not exceed 45 pounds. You must add a pet to the reservation for the pet to be permitted on property. The bathroom has a shower / bathtub combination, but do to building rules and restrictions you may only use the shower feature only and not the bathtub. (No filling up the bathtub)
