There is a shared walkway and parking lot but otherwise no one else will have access to your cottage. Other things to note When you book your cottage, you will find it is centrally located in Chanute, Kansas. The cottage is within: * Four miles of all major employers and schools in Chanute * Approximately 1.3 miles to The Ashley Clinic * Approximately 1.3 miles to Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center * One-half mile to the Osa Martin bicycle trail The TransAmerican bicycle trail runs immediately in front of the property. Although we love our pets, we do have a strict no pet policy. We can enthusiastically recommend The Dog Spot as our preferred kennel which is directly adjacent to our property. Contact Randy at the Dog Spot. Our properties are non smoking. We ask that if you smoke outside of the cottage that you please dispose of any trash properly. We kindly request no large gatherings or parties while you are our guest. If your stay includes a special occasion and there are certain special arrangements you would like to make, such as flowers, champagne, or special food items I am more than happy to help make that happen for an appropriate fee.
