Private Room in residential home.

Great location between charming small towns~ Howell and Brighton. Both offer great restaurants and shopping. You will be near lakes, parks, a ski lodge and Tangers outlet mall. Close expressway access, 25 minutes to Ann Arbor, 30 minutes to Lansing. You will be comfortable in the cozy bedroom with a queen size bed, TV, sitting area to work or eat a snack and a bathroom just outside the bedroom, kitchen access and welcome to sit on the deck in my backyard. The space You will be staying in a private bedroom in my residential home, there is a walkin closet with mini fridge. You may be sharing a bathroom. You may be greeted by my small friendly dog (Bella)or my cat (Tiggy). Guest access You will have a private bedroom with TV, walk-in closet, table/sitting area to work or eat and (possibly shared) bathroom. Access to the kitchen for coffee/tea, microwave use and dining area, backyard and deck. I would prefer minimal access to the living room. During your stay I will be available via airbnb app, phone, text or in person to answer any questions or concerns. Other things to note I'm knowledgeable of the area and surrounding areas, so please feel free to ask anything!
