A house with 13 rooms and a private bathroom in each room. Located near Chapultepec Ave. and downtown Guadalajara. The house has a common area with TV, laundry room, full kitchen, WIFI connection, room cleaning service (twice a week) and common areas. The space The house is very close to Chapultepec Ave., which is a bar and restaurant zone. We are close enough to walk and far enough so that the noise does not disturb you while you sleep. For those interested in visa renewal procedures, we are three blocks from the CAS. If you visit Expo Guadalajara for an event it would only take 10 minutes to arrive using a vehicle. The clothing shop below is our family's business so it is easy to find us in the morning and night for your needs. Our guests can enter and leave at any hour while there isn't any disturbance for the rest of our guests in the night. Guest access We have a dining room for common use, a hallway with bar table and stools overlooking our garden. Our kitchen has the basics and guests can use it whenever they need, while cleaning after using it, there is are also a cabinet assigned per room so they can store their food and a space in the refrigerator (we do not have a freezer). The laundry room is available for our guests (washing machine, clothes dryer and iron). You can also enjoy our roof terrace with a nice view of the area. We have a manager who can help you in case we are not available. He also takes care of the house maintenance as well as the rooms. Room cleaning is performed twice a week (cleaning floors, bathrooms, changing sheets, taking out garbage and dusting). For guests with short stays (two nights), only garbage is collected from their rooms. Other things to note The business below has street parking, but it is not fenced, guests can make use of it, but we cannot be responsible for your vehicle, it is very important that you be aware of this. The spaces may only be used by the vehicles of the guests staying, and may not be used by their visitors.
