Please keep the accommodation clean and do not smoke in the room! 2. Please lower the volume after 11PM in the evening to avoid affecting other lodging passengers! 3. Check in time ：AFTER 3PM 4. Please check out BEFORE 12PM on time to avoid affecting the next guest itinerary! 5. Cooking and Smoking are NOT Allowed in the house! 6. Please pack the Wet rubbish into plastic and throw it into the big dustbin in front the entrance! 7. No Foods and Drinks on the beds! 8. We have the right to claim additional cost from customers who have not followed the rules or destroy the contents of the house! 9. If the number of people different from the booking, the extra will be charged an additional RM50 per person!! 10. Towels CANNOT be taken out of the room to the beach or pool .If found, an additional cleaning fee of RM30/towel will be charged. 11. House should be left in good and clean condition. 12. Please return all accessories to their rightful places before check-out. 13. Please do not bring raw seafood into the house. 14. Please do not rearrange our furniture. 15. Please wash your dishes after use. 16. Must wear swimsuit in pool ,shower before entering the pool. Followed swimming pool rules and regulations, violators subject to fine RM200. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
