The Summer House ~ spectacular ocean view & pool

Sunsets, cocktails & lazy days around the pool, all while enjoying the most spectacular views South Africa has to offer Borehole water Pool safety net The house has been built with easy living in mind: open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge & braai area all with sea views leading out on to two big patios. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 king and one queen. Both are en-suite. Downstairs is 2 queen bedrooms, both en-suite Double sleeper couch in the 2nd lounge. Smart TV with Netflix & DSTV now WiFi The space Expect fine cotton linen, full stocked kitchen with cutlery, plates, glasses and pots and pans for serious cooks. The kitchen has a 500litre fridge /freezer, dishwasher, 10kg washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedrooms all have ceiling fans on remote. There are 4 en-suite bathrooms: 2 have a shower and a bath, 2 have showers only. There is 1 king bed and 3 queen beds. We have a pool safety net for those travelling with toddlers or small kids. Borehole: our area is facing a terrible drought meaning homes that do not have boreholes may be without water, our borehole also means that you do not have to adhere to the strict water restrictions imposed at other establishments Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels . There is off street parking for 3 cars and there is a small garage on remote. The house has a large enclosed garden for the kids to play. The house has all the usual South African bells and whistles: gate on remote, alarm linked to local security and burglar bars but bear in mind you will be staying in the safest part of Port Elizabeth… this is the good life at the sea :) We hope to welcome you!
